I started reading today&amp;#39;s assignment as I&amp;#39;m sitting in a fast-food drive-thru, which seriously happens about once a month.  It hit me as comical, because I have definitely become more mindful over the last few years of what food I am actually eating, but here on my mindless day you post this blog.
