Call me crazy, but twice the idea "just dance -- gonna be ok" has broken the mesmerism to the point of instantaneous healing. So, I could definitely see where this was going. I used to dance every day, just something I loved to do and had to take time out for. As the challenges of life crowded in it's become a casuality of all that. So today I closed my office door (so my husband wouldn't catch me) put on my headphones and danced. Felt good. Will I do it everyday, we shall see. Catching my breath and getting back to work! thanks that was fun! Mary

OK, this was on my "fears list"... So of course I looked up, laughed hard and said OK I GET IT!!!

I like to dance but find I don't do it often... So had fun putting on a CD, and a timer and moving;) beyond the time on the timer.. BEST thing was it helped me see I could do this regularly, really naturally in my day to day. Love the inspiration, Keep it coming!!!
